AI overview
LinkLane is AI-native — and its AI does more than answer questions. It reads your real click data, tells you what it means, and then acts on it.
Not a chatbot. An operator that acts.
The loop
Most "AI" stops at the first two steps. LinkLane goes all the way around:
| Step | What it does |
|---|---|
| Understands | Computes real metrics from your clicks (never invented) |
| Explains | Plain-English insight, anomalies, and a 30-day forecast |
| Acts | Applies fixes in one click — conversion tracking, UTM, routing — with undo |
| Reaches out | Proactive alerts before you ask, and an AI strategist that plans your next move |
What's in the layer
- Analytics Intelligence — "Explain this" for any link, account, campaign, QR, or domain; statistical anomalies; a forecast; the dashboard AI Briefing; the weekly digest email.
- Actions & the agent — one-click fixes with undo, the AI Strategist (goal → plan → Apply all), and proactive alerts.
- Create with AI — Intent-to-Link, alias/tag suggestions, the Routing Copilot, and the AI bio-page generator.
- Credits & BYOK — how AI credits work, rollover, top-up packs, and Enterprise bring-your-own-key.
Principles
- Grounded, never invented. Numbers are computed server-side; the model only explains them. If it can't be grounded, it isn't said.
- Paid-only. AI is available on Pro, Growth, and Enterprise (not Free). The API
returns
402with an upgrade hint when a Free user calls an AI endpoint. - Graceful. If the AI provider is unavailable, you get a deterministic fallback — the rest of the product is never affected.
